Our Story

After many years in profit and non-profit management, Deb Newman combined her entrepreneurial spirit with her love of photos, people and events and founded Photo Magic Events in 2010. Based in Fort Myers, Florida and serving the Southwest Gulf Coast region, the company stays up to date with the latest in photo technology providing a variety of photo experiences customized for each client.

Deb and her team make sure that each photo experience is designed to capture and preserve the memories with a unique “branded” photo gift printed on the spot. She knows that customized fantasy backgrounds, a thoughtful selection of props based on your theme, graphics, text and logos are the special ingredients for creating event photos that are “filled with the memories” and keep you connected to your customers, supporters, family and friends.

Photo Magic is not just another Marketing program – this one has a memory. The photos that are taken are of a very high quality. The photographer works hard to get the right image to the customer, framed so that the final product is something that you will want to display on your desk at work or in your home. I have had the honor of hosting events and have added the Photo Magic program – the event turned into reflective moments of thought, friendship, networking or just plain fun. Now, when I host an event, some of my regular attendees want to make sure that the photographer will be there – not just a photographer but the Photo Magic pros.
Not only have our PACE girls enjoyed their photo magic pictures during our holiday celebrations, but guests at our annual Love That Dress! event walked away with photos of themselves with their friends from the night! The pictures are a great takeaway of a special occasion or special event. In addition, the owners of Photo Magic post a link so that all pictures can be seen and retrieved at a later time!
The Photo Magic concept and process is fun to add to a charity or business event, as your guests love participating! The marketing and branding component is also great since those photos end up in everyone’s office or on the refrigerator for months after the event. Consider doing it next time you have a company party, networking event or charity fundraiser.
Thank You for coordinating such a successful event! I must say that the Interactive Event Photography was a huge hit both at the Trade Show and last night. My table at the Trade show was next to the Photo Magic area and everyone had so much fun taking their pictures (including myself).
For CVB events we have used Photo Magic Events for several events as our CVB giveaway at functions like the Florida Airports Council Annual meeting and MPI events. It’s a great way to engage the guests into conversation and get them to our booth and they leave with a nice photo memory of the event in our logo frame that they will keep. We like to use magazine covers and destination photos, even props and everyone always has so much fun with this. I recommend Photo Magic Events for your next event.
