Frequently Asked Questions to Photo Magic Events

All of our photo booths will add fun to your event, but there are considerations:

  • Single frame pictures or the photo collage are better for corporate groups. Team or staff photos can accommodate up to 12+ guests.
  • Single frame photos are best for events with attendance of 200+. More guests can be accommodated during the typical event time frame.
  • Photo Strips (3 photos or 4 photos) mimic the retro arcade style photo experience and accommodate up to 4 guests.
  • The Photo Collage mimics the retro style photo booth experience but can accommodate groups up to 12+.
  • Green Screen is awesome for creating photos that capture the theme and excitement of your event.

Photo Booth set-ups require an approximate 10′ × 10′ space. We also recommend allowing additional space for people to mingle while waiting before and after their photo session. However, our Roaming Booth does not require a dedicated space to operate.

Email info@photomagicevents.com or call Photo Magic Events at (239) 560-3648 with the details of your event and we will send a quote for your review. You can then call us to reserve your photo service or reserve directly from your online quote.

Yes; we require a $200.00 deposit to secure your reservation. The balance is due up to one day before your event. Both can be paid online from your contract email. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and business or personal checks.

Arrival is one hour prior to the scheduled start time on your contract. The Social Maniac booth may be delivered up to 4 hours before your scheduled start time by our delivery team.

We bring a large general selection of props including glasses, boas and scarves, signs, hats, etc. We also consider your event theme and add props accordingly (e.g., an Oscar theme would include trophies and other movie props).

Our attendants are trained to engage your guests treating them like VIPs. They will stage guests to make certain they look their absolute best in their keepsake photo.

Warning!

Attendants cannot make guests thinner or have more hair. Attendants make certain props stay organized and assist guests with the photo-taking process and online uploads to social media.

Our photo booths have the ability to upload to any specific social media account. Alternately, all photos from an event will be available on our website within 48 hours for download as high resolution images. Click on Photo Galleries to find your event type’s gallery and your photo(s).

Photos will be uploaded to a gallery created for your event no later than two days from your event date.

No; you can download images free of charge. You can also purchase additional prints in a variety of sizes and finishes and/or have your image applied to merchandise by clicking the buy button at the top right of your photo.
